Congressman Jason Crow Hosts Annual Aurora Job Fair Connecting Job Seekers with Employers
Nearly 450 job seekers connected with more than 60 employers during Congressman Jason Crow’s annual job fair on July 24, bringing together businesses, government agencies and community organizations from across the Denver metro area.
Held at Stampede in Aurora, the free event featured employers representing industries including health care, education, hospitality, public safety, transportation, manufacturing and government. Companies in attendance included Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado Children’s Hospital, Amazon, City of Aurora, Southwest, Colorado Laborers & Contractors Education & Training, UCHealth and more. Veterans, active-duty service members and military spouses were invited to enter early for dedicated networking opportunities.
In a message to attendees, Crow said the annual event is designed to connect local employers with people seeking new careers, changing jobs or re-entering the workforce.
“Every summer, we bring together employers from the district with folks looking to change jobs, seeking new opportunities, or who might be unemployed,” Crow said. “We connect these people to help them achieve the type of life they want and to support their families.”
Community College of Aurora President Dr. Mordecai Brownlee encouraged attendees to speak with multiple employers and explore a variety of career opportunities throughout the event.
“I’m proud to host an annual job fair that brings our community together, connecting Coloradans with new job opportunities. I’m thankful to Coloradans and dozens of local employers who showed up to make this our largest job fair ever,” Congressman Crow shared after the event.
In his second job fair in 2026, the annual job fair is part of Crow’s ongoing workforce development efforts aimed at strengthening the local economy by connecting employers with qualified candidates across Colorado’s 6th Congressional District.
