Vocalist and bandleader Linda Theus-Lee will return to Dazzle Denver on Sunday, Mar. 8. Leading her remarkable 17-Piece big band, the concert celebrating International Women’s Day and the enduring legacy of women whose voices shaped jazz, blues and popular music.

The performance will spotlight iconic female vocalists through big band arrangements and timeless selections that highlight artistry, resilience and storytelling. Known for her rich vocals and commanding stage presence, Theus-Lee will guide audiences through an evening that blends elegance, power and musical history.

“This concert is about honoring the women who paved the way, not only through their music, but through their strength, resilience, and ability to tell our stories through song,” Theus-Lee says. “It’s a celebration of legacy, artistry and the power of women’s voices.”

International Women’s Day is observed annually on March 8 to recognize the social, cultural and artistic contributions of women worldwide. The program aligns with the occasion by centering women’s voices and creative leadership within one of jazz’s most celebrated formats: the big band.

Audiences can expect an evening of jazz, pop, R&B and soul delivered by one of Denver’s most respected performers alongside her 17-member ensemble.
